Just a Ramble

I don't really have anything of importance to write, but I just thought I would start blabbing about things and see what I come up with. Hmm. Nothing so far. Oh wait! I have more raspberry news! On Friday, Dad and I went over to Joan and Larry's house and came home with 5 buckets full of new raspberry plants! I know you shall all be delighted for me! Compared to my spindly little twigs these are absolutely amazing plants! Mr. Larry was telling me all sorts of things that raspberries like but now I don't think I remember all of them. I do remember that raspberries don't like leaves as mulch, they prefer pine needles. Who knew raspberries were so picky? I do know how deep to plant them though, so that is a good thing.

Hmmm. This somehow turned into another raspberry post. Oh well. You can never get enough raspberries, in my professional opinion.

I do thank my dear relatives (Betty and Sarie) for their lovely comments. Tell Noah I wish him to comment every now and then, too. And Monica! I know you are out there! Say hello to me!

Hello Auntie Katie!
Mama told me that you wanted a comment from me so here I am! I think I shall like raspberries...when I have teeth to chew them that is. Mama and I read a book together that teaches me my colors and raspberries were on the page for red. I personally think they are rather pinkish, but mama says the tastiest ones are a deep crimson so I shall trust her. I love you lots! Keep up the good posting!

Your little nephew,
Noah

Thank you for posting, Noah! I will teach you to be a raspberry lover and how to pick the ripest ones. I don't think I will have to teach you how to eat them! That will be so fun when you are old enough to come out and pick them with me! Love you!
